Elmira Savings Bank is participating in FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program which fully guarantees the entire amount in all non-interest bearing transaction accounts through December 31, 2010. This insurance coverage is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

Single-Owner Accounts: Up to $250,000 aggregately
Joint Accounts: Up to $250,000 per co-owner aggregately
IRAs and certain other retirement accounts: $250,000 per owner, separate from above
